· Root Cause Analysis for failures of plastic injection molds based on:
- Experience of more than 20 years of working with different plastic processes (injection, blow molding, extrusion and others) that are used in the automotive industry.
- Broad knowledge in design and construction of plastic injection molds which leads to a quick understanding of the problem.
· Detection of weaknesses in the operation of plastic injection molds caused by the customers’ employees and suggestion of improvements.
· Providing of solutions directly to the end user at the required moment.
• Custom-made manufacturing of molds: from design until release of the product.
• With the following specifications:
- Molds up to 3 tons.
- Molds for blow molding of aluminum parts, injection and extrusion.
• Modification of plastic injection molds due to engineering changes.
· Polishing of cavities up to 0.5 micron with diamond paste (mirror finishing).
· Finishing treatment with sandblasting, using the following material: glass beads, aluminum oxide and carbide.
• Laser welding or TIG processes:
- For material such as steel H13, O1, D2, 3330, 241, 242, P20, aluminum, duralumin, beryllium bronze and beryllium copper, with their respective hardness.
- In P220 steel, for the application of texture with acid processes.
• Placing of inserts in damaged base.
• Adjustment of plastic injection molds in seal, with the purpose of eliminating burr.
· Marking and engraving laser with a source that goes from 6w to 10 w in diode until 20w to 50w in fibre in the materials aluminium, copper - beryllium, steel, plastic and wood.
· Manufacturing of pieces according to samples and drawings for the automotive industry in extrusion and blow molds.
· Manufacturing and repair of blades.
· Automation and design of equipment for assembly machines.
· Manufacturing of pieces in Nylamid and Celoron.
· Installation of helicoid in injection machines (plates).
